Please help us with our hospital bills.

Good day everyone.

My name is Marlo Segarra 30 years old. I hope everyone’s doing well especially with this ongoing pandemic. I am writing this letter with much hope that you might be able to help us with our hospital bills.

My partner have complications after the cesarian operation

My Partner Sheila Casidsid had a Caesarean section last May 25th, 2020.

The CS operation was successful, but while she’s in the recovery room she had a heart complication with her oxygen was critically down to 50% she turned black and hard to breathe the doctors inserted a tube to her mouth and they moved her in the ICU – Intensive care unit facility. She’s in the ICU for 5 days.

Due to the COVID-19, the treatment has done in a private hospital

We want to do it in the public hospital (PGH Philippine General Hospital) but unfortunately, a lot of patient with coronavirus was there.

And our OB gyne was only available in Paranaque Doctors Hospital, we have budget only for the cesarean operation but not for the heart complications and ICU which made us financially incapable to handle the additional hospital fees.

usage of the funds

We are financially unstable and we couldn't afford to pay our hospital bills. We save for the cesarean section but we didn't expect the complications after the operations. Our bill reached less than 400,000PHP (about US $7,000).

All of the collected funds will be used for the hospital billing and for our baby's expenses and follow up check-ups.

We really want to go home she hasn’t seen or hold our daughter personally.
