I want to start growing oyster mushrooms.

Hello. My name is Anton Sotnikov. I used to work as a forester. I live on the very border with Ukraine in the Belgorod region.

In our village, there was a problem to find a job before COVID-19, but now it is not possible at all. Since you want to eat every day, you have to somehow spin. Almost any undertaking requires large funds, so I opted for mushrooms named «oyster mushroom». To grow them I need a cool room with high humidity and ventilation.

I have a room, it is necessary to isolate it, because in it I need to maintain at any time of the year a temperature of 13-20 degrees and a humidity of 85-95%. I plan to do this with a plastic film, thick, in several layers. To maintain humidity, I will buy an evaporator, fans are also needed for the ventilation system (without them, mushrooms will grow poorly and lose their presentation due to the excess carbon dioxide that they actively emit). We also need chains on which mushroom blocks will be suspended, because shelves are expensive and the germination area is reduced. Initially, I intend to buy mushroom blocks from the manufacturer, but I plan to immediately buy bags for them, husks of sunflower for the substrate and using the mycelium from the purchased batch - to "resettle" it into my bags, this is more profitable, because constantly carry purchased mushroom blocks - far and very expensive.

I plan to spend the raised funds on the arrangement and on the cultivation itself: the purchase of mycelium and straw for the future substrate.
