Please help my aunt get through Pulmonary Edema

Hi everyone

I am Gee, 33 years old and currently living in Laguna, Philippines. I'm here before you to ask for support for our beloved aunt. Strong woman, our hero.

Beloved Aunt Tita Beng and Her Motherly Heart

I grew up in Parañaque City. My aunt, Tita Beng, raised me from when I was young and even assisted her siblings in raising their children. She could not have her own kids because she was born with Rheumatic Heart Disease which prevented her from having a children of her own.

My Aunt took care of all of her nieces and nephews as if they were her own. She raised all 16 of us like her own children. She would have made a great Mom.

Aunt Got Severe Pulmonary Edema

As she always took care of others, she failed to look after herself. Now she is suffering from a very bad Pulmonary Edema. She can't breath properly even with oxygen, now she has to be intubated. Her lungs have water in them and her enlarged heart makes it more difficult for her to breathe.

Let's get together to support her medical treatment

We, her nieces and nephews would like to ask for your help. While our relatives can help a bit, financially, we could not cover everything.

Currently, she needs a private nurse since she could not be brought to ICU, that would cost us 2,000.00 PHP for every 8 hours shift. She also needs procedures such as Pro-BNP Test which costs 11,870.00 PHP so they could determine the damage in her heart. These and a lot of other tests not covered by her nearly maxed out HMO.

We are asking for your help so she can get through this. Aside, from prayers, any amount out of your generous hearts will do. Thank you and God bless you!

She passed away. We did everything we could, but in the end we had to let her go.

The hospital bill reached 209,000 PHP or more than $ 4,000 USD. All your support will be used to resolve this bill, and we hope to collect more to resolve it fully. So we are still waiting for more support. Thanks.
