Fundraising for Bali drivers and tour guides

Hello,

My name is Frimanuel Saragih, I'm from the island of North Sumatra, precisely in the city of Pematangsiantar, I work in Bali as a driver and tour guide on the island of Bali, I live on Bali island.

Many drivers and tour guide lost their job due to COVID-19

Since Indonesia has been hit by the Coronavirus (Covid-19) we are no longer working and lost the job.

Because the island of Bali is a tourist area, so this is very aquaculture with our income, Bali has been closed for 2 months and we lost our jobs

we hope to get support and assistance from friends and colleagues.

The economy in Bali are paralyzed because no tourism activities

As a driver and tour guide on the island of Bali, we feel a very big impact after all public areas and tourist attractions are closed on this island, we do not have jobs and income, this island is closed starting from May 25, 2020, until today and does not know for sure when it will reopen,

Our financial income is 100% from tourists visiting Bali, where we work as tourism drivers and tour guides when Bali is closed, we lose 100% of work and have no income at all. previously we had IDR 500,000 - IDR 800,000 in Indonesian currency (Approx 50USD - 80USD). after the island of Bali is closed from the visit of local tourists and foreign tourists, we have no income at all. that is why we are raising funds to help us survive until the island of Bali is reopened for tourism

Usage of the funds

all the collected donations will be distributed to fellow drivers in Bali, which we will update the details in detail on the Instagram account @dodasbalitransport.

We have a budget of $1,000 or (IDR 14,000,000) we number 25 people, we will each give $40 (IDR 600,000) we will share the funds in the form of food, 1. 25KG rice IDR 260,000 2. egg 1box IDR 40,000 3 fried oil 2 kg IDR 24,000 4. instant noodles 1box IDR 90,000 and other needs IDR 186,000
