Small business needs your help

Hello! We are a plant nursery in Pretoria, South Africa employing 7 people full time, excluding myself. 

We have been particularly hard hit by the COVID-19 restrictions which have rendered us unable to trade or do business for nearly 3 months. As we are in the middle of winter, plant sales are down significantly, and with COVID-19 there has been a further reduction in sales.

As owner, who started this business from scratch, I have always managed to get by and this is really a last resort attempt, mostly for the sake of my staff, to try and survive this until things get better in the economic climate.

Our emergency funds have been depleted, bills are piling up, and we need to do preparations for the coming season. To make matters worse we were unable to prepare for winter due to the COVID-19 lockdown, and our plant stock suffered serious damage from winter frost, and most of our stock would need to recover for two months before being sellable.

Me and the staff would greatly appreciate any donations you are able to help with. This would be used mostly to cover outstanding salaries as well as operating costs so that we can have a chance in the new growing season.
