My Granny Esther is in Hospital needing a prothesis.

Hi! I am Ignacio from Argentina. She is my grandmother Esther is 93 years old, I am her only grandson and the only person she has since my mother passed away 10 years ago. A couple of days ago she fall and broke her hip, she was alone in her home in Calomeco (Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina) she somehow crawled to the phone to ask for help, they broke the lock and called the ambulance and took her to hospital in Tres arroyos as in Claromeco there is not enough technology she had to be transferred up to Tres Arroyos. with this pandemic it is impossible for me to travel there and see my Granny. After several studies and x-rays they saw that her hip was broken, that's where everything got complicated because my grandmother has a social security (Pami) and it is a plan that only covers an average prosthesis, but the doctor told her that because of the type of break and age, she needs a total hip prosthesis made of titanium, I don't know the specific name, that prosthesis is not covered by her social security plan and it is impossible for us to pay for it, since it is imported and its value is in dollars, that's why I’m here asking for your help. If we don’t have the prosthesis they will not operate and she cannot spend another day like this. She is suffering pains that are sometimes unbearable, according to what she tells me, she says that they give her medication to calm her down, but they are not enough. please help my granny and thank you very much
