What you eat daily affect your overall health – starting from the mood you will have, up to how long your energy lasts for the day. Good nutrition, combined with regular exercise, is an important factor in having a healthy lifestyle. This will help you reach and maintain a healthy weight and reduce risk of chronic diseases.
The general advice for a healthy diet is to eat more fruits and vegetables per meal. However, nutrient requirement changes as a person gets older. Below is a simple chart with how much calories you need to intake for each age group and by gender:

That is the number of hungry individuals all over the world who are living in severe hunger. And now that the whole world is still fighting the spread of COVID-19, that number could be doubled in no time.
