Hello! We are Leandro cardona correa and katalina Ospina villamil, founders of the KALEA craft beer venture. Leonardo is 30 years old, a chemical technologist, entrepreneur founder of poleka kasue brewery, lover of cycling and nature. Committed to caring for animals and the environment. Katalina Ospina Villamil has been a financial sector worker for 26 years, a student of ethno education and community development for 5 years, a union member, a fighter for the most vulnerable, a lover of volleyball and music.

We are a venture that arises from the experience in manufacturing homemade and industrial craft beer in the city of Pereira. KALEA alludes to its founders: Katalina Ospina Villamil (homemade craft brewer) and Leandro Cardona Correa (founding craft brewer of the Paramo Group where he was the intellectual author and material of beverages such as Capitan Venganza, Sangre Negra and Chispas and who formed the famous brand Poleka Kasue).

KALEA is a small brewery located in the pearl of Otún, specialized in the manufacture of Blond Ale (Belgian), Dark Strong Ale (Belgian), Porter (English), Stout (English), IPA (English), Bitter Premium ( Inglesa), Pilsen (Czech Republic), American Ale (United States), Weizen / Weissbier (German) and Specialty Beer (Colombian). We want to contribute socially with a percentage of the profits that we get with our venture. We are friends of fauna, flora and social welfare.

We work in community gardens and contribute with   the different dynamics that occur in the region regarding environmental, animal and social protection. We are craft brewers, we love the legendary tradition of making this precious liquid, and we want others to enter the adventure. We are located in the city of Pereira, on the central mountain range.!
