Arusha Women Entrepreneur is a social enterprise for profit making with to provide job opportunity for women and create sustainable income for smallholder farmers through engage them of production, processing and marketing of natura peanut butter.

The COVID 19 pandemic has drastically affected AWE business cash shortfall cycle and change in consumer behaviour and consumers spending during of COVID 19 crisis has been affected the enterprise revenue and decline the sales by 70% and put our enterprise cash flow under stress further more most of our workers loss of their job.

Majority of product final end users of products are tourist, and few local people.

Business Remodelling

AWE team is reassuming the business and come up with radical action plan to address critical shortage include diversity find the new geographic area by whilst re- engineer new markets segment with durable demand. Digitize the products and services.

The deadline of this project is August 30,2020.
