Help us to conserve rare singing birds species

Hi everyone,

My name is Suwandi. I am currently working in a coal mine, far from my beloved family in Malang, East Java, Indonesia.

Support our family to conserve native Indonesian singing birds

We are a family of animal lovers, especially singing birds. We want to make our contribution to Indonesian rare and endangered birds conservation by managing a bird breeding of Jalak Bali (Bali Myna, or Leucopsar Rothschildi) and Murai Batu (White-rumped shama, or Copsychus malabaricus) species.

Both of these birds are singing birds with beautiful chirping sounds that need to be conserved.

We have prepared the breeding facilities

Currently, we've constructed bird cages for 10 breeding pairs, even though currently we only have one pair of Bali Myna and one pair of Murai Batu.

We hope that in the future, our bird breeding will not only preserve the two species of birds but also become a center for education and training for neighboring communities to increase their family income through bird breeding. That is our aspiration.

Help us to purchase the brooders birds

We need funds to buy quality brooders pairs of Jalak Bali and Murai Batu.

The price for a quality pair of birds (male and female) is IDR 30,000,000 ($2,000 USD) for Jalak Bali and IDR 35,000,000 ($2,400 USD) for Murai Batu.

We will care for and conserve birds, because one day the birds will help us.
