I need an expensive operation

Good day everyone. Let me ask you for help, do not think that I am a bum. I understand that each of you have enough on your own, to be honest, I'm amazed how, but I really don't know what else to do. My name is Artyom Armenovich Nalbandyan. I live in Ukraine, Kharkov.. All of my life I have been working officially. The situation is really bad, I am 33 years old and I have been disabled of the 2nd group for two years already, I have chronic recurrent pericarditis according to my heart, I have already had a puncture of the heart three times and I have to do the trip again, I am at the hospital now.

And in last year, they made another diagnosis: ideapathic aseptic necrosis of both hip joints, the cost of operations is about 250 thousand hryvnia. I work on the railroad, my son is growing up for 10 years, but I practically can't walk anymore, constant pain in the joints kills, only because of faith in life I hold on, I live a work-home, I try to save, but with a salary of 5 thousand hryvnias you won't save much, but I don't give up.

I tried to ask for help, firstly on the road to the trade union committee, but they say that they might return something under insurance, but after the operation, asked our deputies, but no one cares, if there is a chance to hope for help, let me know, I'm ready to work or do whatever is needed. Within the framework of the law, of course. I'm really desperate. I am ready to provide all documents and extracts. All my adult life I have been trying to help people, and I am ashamed to ask - but now I really need help.
