Two oxygen concentrators for remote hospitals in Kazakhstan

We are all aware by now of the current situation with pandemics, I guess.There has been a recent spike in COVID and deadly pneumonia as the result of that in Kazakhstan.I am raising funds to help two hospitals: one in Temirtau  and another in Torgay. I talked to doctors there and they are experiencing shortage of oxygen concentrators to help patients breathe with severe lung conditions.

Both of the hospitals are in remote provincial areas of Kazakhstan that often get underfunded. Most likely capital city will receive aid in the first place. 

Please help me to get two oxygen concentrators from Turkey or China with their accessories, such as tubes and oxygen bags to cover as many people as I can.

I am going to spend some of my savings $600 too, but that's not enough.I can send receipts and photo report if you need justification that this is for the good cause.
