Help young teens to refuse the temptation of hard drugs .

We are Champions Education Association. We are a based in Taipei, Taiwan, and have several regional offices throughout Taiwan.

About the Champions Education Association

The founders of the association are an American couple, Dr. Steven Ron and his wife Vicky Ron. They came to Taiwan in 1991, and started to recruit and train volunteers who are willing to go into middle/junior schools to teach curriculum that focuses on moral education, helping teenagers to become “champions”.

The “Anti-Drug League”

Since 2018, the association have started the “Anti-Drug League”, a half day camp that holds activities demonstrating the danger of drug usage. The purpose is to teach young teens to refuse the temptation of hard drugs and prevent them from future drug addictions. Aside from interacting activities, the content also includes videos, decoding games, and short talks. All is to give the students an opportunity to experience the physical and mental damage that drug addiction can cause.

Support us for the 2020 “Anti-Drug League”

From now (August 2020) to the end of 2020, the association is planning to hold ten “Anti-Drug League” camps, and we estimate it could help around 1250 young teenagers, understanding the danger to drug usage.

Holding ten camps needs around $8400 for venue rentals, props, teaching materials, volunteer training, administration, etc.

However, due to the pandemic (COVID-19), businesses and the government have reduced their funding, and the association is under fund shortage.
