My name is Matías and I am 33 years old.

Currently i live in Uruguay

I started a journey for a better improvement

A year ago I started a trip, one where I was going to start a journey of personal and economic improvement. I am from Junín, a small city located in the northwest of the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

In that place, I started my professional career (Teacher in Visual Arts with Orientation in ceramics). But over time I began to realize that it was not what I wanted to do, but there was something that I have always liked, which is being able to cook (art that was transferred to me by my mother).

But my goal is not only to achieve satisfaction to be full, if not to be able to provoke something else in people (memories, laughter, and even crying), all emotions that run through our body and that with something so simple can be removed from inside, a process that can be done alone or accompanied.

I started my new journey in Uruguay

Without realizing it, this was going to be the reason for this trip, as I said 1 year ago I left my city and the first destination was Montevideo, Uruguay, I started working in a hostel, Hostel Blanes as a manager, in this place, there I met many people from all over the world, something totally new for me, but I was able to get used to it quickly and the truth is I liked it and I bet to continue with my trip.

All the people who passed brought dishes and recipes, some even unknown, there I was He says that in this journey, I had to continue improving myself and make other people know the number of different dishes to try (that's why the whole process of writing down all the recipes and even their tricks, so that later they can share them).

I lost a job due to the COVID-19

At this time that we are going through (COVID 19), many people were affected, leaving us without work and the money that I had destined to travel I had to allocate to pay for accommodation and food I arrived in Uruguay by motorcycle, which is still with me on this trip,

unfortunately, I have to leave it to be able to continue, but for this to happen I need to be able to return to Argentina and sell the motorcycle (it cannot be sold in Uruguay), that is why I am here to ask for help and to be able to return to my country and achieve my goals,

I collect funds to be able to return to my country and continue to achieve my dream. Due to the pandemic I have lost my job and the money I had to travel I had to spend on lodging and food.

My budget is 700 dollars, which helps me pay the return and do the necessary paperwork.
