Create a foundation to help the youth of my municipality

My name is Fabian Andres Giraldo, I am a young man from San Jose del Guaviare Colombia, for various circumstances I have had to work hard for the life I have today, over the years I have learned several trades that have allowed me to earn a living, my idea is to power anyone who needs it especially young people, sharing my knowledge in order to provide the tools necessary to overcome the situation of poverty in which they live, the idea is as the popular Chinese proverb says:

 «give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach him to fish and you feed him for a lifetime» 

 This municipality has spent many years embraced by the war, is a municipality without opportunities, the state is used to giving away a market, a tile or some fish, but they want us poor and ignorant;    This project that initially aims to train, my idea is to support those students dedicated to start their businesses or projects, support with resources

I would need the funds promptly as it is the beginning of a work that I am passionate about "helping others" and also fill with joy so many young people who are lost in the streets of my municipality today; With the funds collected I would like to buy items that I require to carry out this process: chairs, boards and computers, I also need video surveillance equipment "training in installation and maintenance in cctv", tools for students, agendas, useful among other things
