Help for an urgent surgery for my dad

Hello there!

My name is Nicolas. This is Jorge, my dad, and we are Colombians. A few weeks ago he was diagnosed with a tumor in his testicles and he urgently needs to have a Groin Orchiectomy (to remove the testicle and the tumor), given the current conditions and that I assume all the expenses of my house, it is impossible for me to afford the costs of the surgery and the insurance does not cover the full amount of the entire procedure. I still have to complete a portion of the money. 

My dad is 78 years old, we both live alone since my mom died three years ago and from there he is a rather lonely person, in other words, he only counts on me. Because of his age and some advanced eye problems he cannot work or go out much without someone's company. 

I understand that now the situation, in general, is quite complex, but for me, it is a moment of very strong crisis and the circumstances make everything even more difficult, I cannot stand idly by. I have come to this point because I have already tried to complete the amount of money in other ways but it has not been possible and this, well? basically it's life or death, it's very urgent.
