Help me get a pacemaker

Blanca Calderon is an elderly lady of very low income originally from El Salvador; Blanca is a strong and struggling lady since her childhood, very generous, all her life she has worked hard to survive, she has worked in many different things: from cutting coffee to taking care of houses. In spite of everything she helps those who can with the little she has. 

She has always been a strong person in the face of any discomfort but lately, she has had relapses and has been hospitalized for health problems. The diagnosis is that she needs to have a pacemaker fitted at a cost of approximately $4,000 plus expenses for medical appointments, tests, etc. Her family is unable to afford these expenses so we would be very happy to have her with us a little longer, as she is a very important person to us. Our wish is that she will have a better quality of life with this pacemaker. If it is within your reach to help, we would always appreciate the opportunity to have you with us a little longer. <3
