Many will meet Miguel, an animal lover and devoted husband, dedicated in every aspect of his life, being an incredible person and loved by many.

The terrible Guillain-Barré syndrome

Unfortunately 5 years ago he fell ill, leaving him hospitalized for 1 month in a clinic where they did countless tests, analyzes and cultures, which did not reach any concise results.

After many consultations and visits from doctors of different specialties, a neurologist detected the terrible Guillain-Barré syndrome, attacking his nervous and motor system.

The recovery was slow, painful and above all expensive, after 1 year of recovery he managed to recover 90% of his motor functions, leaving some sequels that he will have forever.

Miguel was taken to an emergency

Today August 31, 2020, after a very strong low back pain and high fever for 15 days, from one moment to the next he became lethargic, losing his balance, unable to stand up and walk, at dawn he disconnected of the world, speaking inconsistencies, not knowing where he was and not being able to respond to any stimulus or attempt at communication by his family.

After this he was taken to the emergency room and admitted, diagnosing general inflammation, also affecting the brain, waiting for even more news.

Help for Miguel

We ask for help for his recovery and the extensive therapies that await him, since he was the breadwinner of his family and they do not have insurance that can cover this.
