Please help me to get back to normal life

Hello friends. My name is Alena, I live in Kiev and have been working since I was 18. Usually I don't ask for help, but the circumstances are such that I can no longer cope on my own. This spring, I was diagnosed with Lyme disease, the second name is tick-borne borreliosis, it is not a complex infectious disease that can be treated with conventional antibiotics, if it is detected in the early stages.

But a tick bite was more than 3-4 years ago, during this time the disease became chronic, and the infection hit almost all organs, up to the nervous system and heart. I have lost the ability to concentrate and exercise, I feel constant fatigue and intoxication, the temperature is stable at around 37 and sometimes drops to 35, on such days I do not get out of bed at all. Constant skin manifestations, allergies that were not there before and an unstable mental state make me even more unhappy. The family doctor and infectious disease specialist threw up their hands and sent me to the Institute of Epidemiology, and there I was prescribed a large number of expensive tests. For which I collect money. I am an artist and thinker in the broadest sense of these words, a fighter for justice and rationalism.

But I have no ambitions and a commercial streak, so I earn money by cleaning. But now I cannot work accordingly. I have always been an independent person, not complaining about a hard life, and not asking for help. But now I'm in a desperate situation.
