Diagnosed with Brain Tumor in the middle of COVID-19 Pandemic

It all started very fast, days before she felt a headache, but it was different from a normal headache. more intense, almost a muscle ache in her words.

Due to COVID 19 and the contingency in Mexico, she avoided going to the doctor since she suffers from hypertension and therefore is more prone to the virus.

To minimize the pain she would take pills, then the pain would subside a bit. Little by little, the pain increased until the pills no longer worked, the pain was so intense that she ended up vomiting.

She was taken to the doctor but unfortunately for the contingency, they only gave her medicine to calm the pain and vomiting. But it did not work, a few hours later the vomiting intensified and the headache. In addition, she began to lose her sight.

in the morning she could see practically nothing. So she was taken to the doctor again, they did tomography studies. and finally, the diagnosis was a tumor.

Surgery only able to perform in a private hospital

The problem is that in the IMSS (Mexican Institute of Social Security), which is a free organization, it has not been attended to, despite the fact that they carried out studies that were carried out by private hospitals in order to speed up the issue, even so, They have expedited, there are no doctors available in the hospital, or at least that is what they tell us, they have her sitting in the emergency room waiting all day, it is too frustrating, outrageous and powerless to see her there suffering and time is running out.

Everything has been very fast, we realized her tumor because my mother lost her sight and the pressure was very high and it did not go down, this is how the tumor was discovered, right now her face is paralyzing, and the operation is very urgent If we don't do it, my mom dies !!

We cannot wait, we have chosen to do it with a private hospital, even though we do not have the resources, but it is about my mother and saving her life.
