Aisa's Fight Against Cancer

Hi everyone,

Aisa, a Filipina living in Cebu, Philippines, just turned 33 last July and with all of your help (prayers, financial, and sharing our campaign) we can give her the chance to continue to live her life to the fullest.

Aisa Therese Senados or "Sai" to us is one of the bubbliest people we know. A dear friend that has the innate agility to make you laugh hard and brings out the positive side in you.

Aisa has been recently diagnosed with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia

She has been recently diagnosed with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML), a cancer of the blood and bone marrow - the spongy tissue inside bones where blood cells are made.

The word acute in AML denotes the disease's rapid progression. It's called myelogenous leukemia because it affects a group of white blood cells called the myeloid cells, which normally develop into the various types of mature blood cells, such as red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets.

She badly needs financial assistance for her treatment

I remember this conversation Sai and I had a few months ago, about her wanting to have a family and kids. Please help us give her the chance to do so. The fight against AML is also a fight against time.

This challenge came at a time when Covid-19 has affected us all but we believe a little help from the many can give her the boost she needs to face this fight head on.
