Hello friends my name is Deybin Natanael, I am 8 months old. I was born in a dry community of the Indian reserve of maiz of difficult access belonging to Bluefields Nicaragua, as you can imagine in my area it is very common that babies are born with midwives due to the difficult access to my community. My parents are very poor and did not have the means to give me routine check-ups which resulted in a 30 week premature birth.

Because of this my parents never realized that I was not in the right position so at the time of delivery they realized that I was coming on my feet. Because of this complication I was asphyxiated at birth, causing my neurological damage with the sequelae of cerebral palsy.

As time went by, my parents realized that I was not developing like other babies, so they decided to look for support in the capital. It was at this time that we found support with the Nicaraguan Foundation for Prematurity, where they were able to give me the necessary studies.

Thanks to the foundation's alloy doctors, they were able to detect in my problem of Pneumonia, Giant Right Inguinal Hernia (Inguinal-Scrotal), Right Cristochidia and large Umbilical Hernia. To improve my quality of life my doctors recommend that I have a special laparoscopic procedure for babies my age. The procedure is 3 surgeries that I must have as soon as possible in order to survive.

As you can imagine all these post-surgical procedures and treatments have a high cost that my family cannot cover. That is why today I come to tell you my story and ask for your support to have this emergency surgery as soon as possible, to allow me to continue growing up with my parents.

Today I want to ask you from the bottom of my heart for your support in order to cover my expenses, the cost of surgery plus post-surgical treatment and MRI and EEG study is $2600 dollars, I am a baby who wants very much to continue living, growing healthy and with a better quality of life. This surgery and neurological studies will allow me to develop better. I will be eternally grateful.
