Seeking help for my breast cancer treatment

I am Michelle 39 yrs old. Single with 1 kid, from the Philippines and I am currently working and living in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. I started working since September 2019 in order to help my family financially and to raise my kid. Last April 2020 I had my breast ultrasound, mammogram, and fine needle biopsy in one of the hospital in Al in, UAE but they cannot determine whether it is cancerous or not. I am still working but I noticed something different on my breast last week of August 2020 so I decided to see my doctor and he give me a referral letter advising to see Breast Care center here in Al Ain. I had my breast appointment last September 2, 2020 and they re examined me.

Ultrasound, mammogram, core needle biopsy was done, and I was diagnosed with breast cancer stage 3 HER2 receptor positive, an aggressive type of cancer. The treatment plan of the doctor are chemotherapy for 6 months along with biological therapy. After the 6 months session there will be re-assessment if there is a need for surgery or not. But the biological therapy will be extended until 1 year. I finished other test like bone scanning, chest, abdomen, and pelvis and it said that cancer cell affects already my lymph nodes in the axilla area and in the chest. They scheduled me for Muga scan last September 20, 2020 and chemotherapy last September 21, 2020 but I cannot proceed the procedure since our employer or company did not renew yet all the staffs insurance. The said insurance was expired last September 16, 2020.

I need an ASAP treatment for my case. The treatment will cost too much for my 1st chemotherapy session. I need 77,000 dirham or $20,000 to proceed with my treatment.

I am humbly asking for your generosity hence the bill is the burden for us at this point of time. Any amount of donation is highly appreciated so that I can proceed the treatment the soonest possible.
