I need eye surgery, for a genetic disease

My name is Paulina and I am 38 years old, I was diagnosed with a degenerative genetic disease, which until a few years ago had no cure, now I have a chance to improve or delay the disease process is called AMYLOIDOSIS TTR, my liver produces a protein called amyloid, which deteriorates the other organs. This disease has many mutations, from the mildest to the most aggressive. I have the most aggressive and I don't know how long I can live, since hopes are low, but I want to see my children grow up.

At the moment I need surgery on my eyes since the protein that produces this disease is staying in them, one eye is already full and I do not see anything, the other eye has started to fill up and I may soon lose my sight in Both eyes. The doctor tells me that with the surgery, I can regain my sight completely.

They are treating me in a Hospital in Mexico City.

I have two young children and my profession is a graphic designer. I need my eyes to work and continue fighting for my children. That is why with all the shame in the world I dare to make this request. Thank you very much.
