Identity VerifiedHello. My name is Courage. I live in Nigeria and I'm currently a masters student studying industrial engineering. 2 years ago, I noticed a very small painless lump under my ass (right cheek) - although it has grown a little bit now. Because it was painless, I thought it was nothing and left it alone. Few months after that, I kept having serious GERD, shortness of breath, problems with urination, and constipation, and I knew something was wrong.
Recently, my skin started to break out (I wish I could upload more photos here). I went to the doctor and he asked me to do some tests (lower and upper endoscopy, chest exams, kidney tests, biopsy) I couldn't afford them and that's why I am here. I need about that amount to be able to do them. I used to have flawless skin, and now, I can't even go out, cos I lost my confidence. Please help me.
