Peruvians and Venezuelans doing business from scratch

Hi, I'm Jose Arias, I'm a Peruvian entrepreneur, a few years ago I created VD-MAX, an undertaking where we are dedicated to the direct sale of very good quality cleaning products, at VD-MAX we have always promoted entrepreneurship as a basis for progress and Thanks to Venezuelan migration, I have a group of collaborators who generate daily income and can support their families in Venezuela in addition to staying in Peru.

I firmly believe that I have talent and potential in my collaborators to make them partners of my company, we have a business plan where each one of them can implement their distribution business under our direct sales model, giving the opportunity to more people to be able to undertake together with we.

Currently we have been working in 2 premises provided by my family, however if we want to grow and give opportunity, we must rent more Distribution premises and these require paying rent and having the basics to manage the business model, in addition to the necessary products for the distribution.

Our immediate project is to open a local distribution in commas, where 4 people could start to undertake, we have a good system of training in sales and entrepreneurship that will ensure that these 4 people all from Venezuela can run their own business, where they can not only increase their income but help more people to undertake and build their dreams.

Working on our business model, together with people from other countries, not only from Venezuela, has managed to create ties of friendship, promoting union and cooperation because we all want to get ahead, we have managed to overcome the barrier of nationality and the rejection of the migrant who arrives to my country in bad economic conditions.

We dream of being able to open more distribution stores not only in Peru but throughout Latin America, under the concept of helping the entrepreneur who does not have the knowledge and funds for them.
