Identity VerifiedJuan Carlos Esparza is in critical condition because of the COVID19, he is not insured by the IMSS or ISSSTE and does not have health insurance. All public hospitals are overcrowded and cannot find oxygen in the area, and they need resources to be able to treat him in a private hospital.
