Help me start up an online shop, order and pick up station.

Hello everyone!

My name is Cornelius Kipkorir Sigei, a young and energetic Kenyan entrepreneur passionate about business and determined to venture into the entrepreneurial world. I live in a small town in the Rift valley region of Kenya called Bomet.

Due to covid 19, I lost my job as I was among the employees laid off. Since then I have come up with a project of opening up an order and pick up station for online shopping to help curb the spread of covid 19 viruses by making customers orders delivered to their stop eliminating to visit a store.and to also help in reducing the expenses incurred in the shipping fee.

I want to improve my shop

I need to raise funds to be able to furnish my small shop and equip the necessary office equipment for the business to run. This includes office stationery, a laptop, and a desktop computer for customers to select and place their orders also pay for the tax compliance and operating license. we currently got a well-wisher who was willing to offer us a delivery van.

The breakdown of how I'm going to use my funds is estimated to be a total of 1000$. 400$ to acquire a laptop and a desktop computer. 300$ to furnish and equip the store with necessary office equipment and 300$ to clear with regulatory authorities and acquiring tax compliance certificates as well as a business permit. I will be working as an affiliate with an existing Online shop called Jumia and this is a brief plan of how it's possible.

As a sales merchant if I'm having my own products and services I can easily sell them on Jumia. To get started I will need to go to the Jumia seller registration page and sign up. After signing up, I will be able to upload my own products to sell on Jumia Kenya.

I've estimated to achieve a break-even point at the first 3months of my operation. And the estimated returns on investment t is close to 2000$ in a span of 120 days that's through a commission from the affiliate company and shipping and delivery charges from customers.

Realizing such profits will enable me to reach out to persons also wishing to get support for their business and also help raise awareness on entrepreneurial culture and support various businesses' ideas.And other charity projects
