For my dialysis treatment ?

Hello everyone

My name is Jervin Villegas and I’m a Chronic Kidney Disease patient. It has been a while since I was diagnosed with CKD.

I’m a Chronic Kidney Disease patient, still very eager to do whatever it takes for me to survive

I had my first hemodialysis treatment last August 2014 and up until now, I’m still on treatment, twice a week. Despite the health condition that I have, I’m still very eager to do whatever it takes for me to survive.

I work as payroll in a company here in Tacloban City to pay the expenses for my weekly treatment. I also availed the government’s medical assistance to somehow minimize the expenses and the help of the people with a good heart. But still, it cannot suffice.

I need your support for my hemodialysis treatment

With this, I am sincerely knocking at your hearts and humbly asking for your help. Your extended help and financial assistance would be highly appreciated as it will be utilized for my hemodialysis treatment and medicine.
