Helping submerged Filipino communities

I went to the Philippines to study a language school in 2017-2018, and I met many Filipino friends and kept in touch with them. The Philippines is very close to Taiwan.

I believe you all know by reading the news... Many typhoons are going this year I went to the Philippines. Just around 11/12, Typhoon Ulysses/Vamco caused a lot of damage to Luzon... From the aerial photos you can see the flooding situation of the entire town, I read it on Facebook for the first time I went to many Filipino friends to report the flooding situation in their homes and saw that they really need help!

Even before these typhoons, the epidemic situation in the Philippines has never stopped...

The number of families affected by Typhoon Ulysses has climbed to 428,657 or equivalent to 1,755,224 persons residing in 4,543 barangays in Ilocos, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol, National Capital Region (NCR) and Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR).

I'm a Taiwanese who has ever studied English in the Philippines and made many friends there. Now I'm working with my Filipino friends to do fundraising for those people suffering because of the super typhoon.

My Filipino friends and local public servants are all engaged in disaster relief activities, explaining that what the victims need most is food, drinking water, baby diapers, sanitary napkins and changing underwear.
