Help Support "Earn While You Learn Project" in Africa

Daniel Sesan Ilesanmi is my name. I am an Electrical Electronics Engineer by profession but I have greater passion for teaching and entrepreneurship. I am a motivational speaker, a leader, a counsellor and I have been a source of inspiration to many. I am focused, determined, hardworking and multi-skilled. I have skills in Electrical Electronics and Computer engineering, ICT, Graphics designs, Painting, entrepreneurship and art work. 

I am a Nigerian but currently in the Ga Central area of Accra Ghana. In recent decades, it is no more news that most African citizens live below the average standard of living and the rate of poverty keeps increasing yearly. I believe that keeping hands crossed will cause Africa to end up in doom. Although several initiatives such as feeding the poor, supporting less privileged and many more had been established in the past but there seems to be no change. In my view, I think that approach is like giving fish to the people. For visible change to occur, it is better to teach them how to fish and empower them to fish. This view of mine birthed the "EARN WHILE YOU LEARN PROJECT". The vision of this project is to cover all African countries but the first will be in the Ga Central area of Accra Ghana.

The "EARN WHILE YOU LEARN PROJECT" is an initiative to solve the above mentioned problem knowing that knowledge is power. The "EARN WHILE YOU LEARN PROJECT" is designed to operate as follows:

1. Awareness creation about the project and enrollment of candidates in the free empowerment training program. This training will include different areas:

- ICT

- Production of House hold substance (Soap, Cleanser etc.)

-  Catering and Decoration

- Entrepreneurship and Small businesses

- Forex Trading and MLM 

and more...

2. Whiles in training, candidates are enrolled with my partner company as distributors of their products and services where they are paid on commission based. The income generated from here will help them save to establish themselves after the program.

3. After completion of the training, candidates can set up their own businesses and continue earning commissions from my partner company. Moreover some candidates with exceptional performances will be recruited as members of the project team to boost the work force enabling us reach out to more people.

The amount required for the success of this project is far bigger than the request of $1500 made here. However, this fund could help to get this project initiated. 

According to plan, this project is proposed to commence by the end of January 2021. So I hope to have received this fund by 15th of January 2021 for necessary arrangements to be put in place.  

Below is the breakdown of funds needed.

- Conducive environment or office for training - $ 900

- Awareness creation, fliers, Banners - $50

- Necessary registration -$ 100

- Payment of Instructors to handle training - $ 500

- Training Materials - $ 100

- Electricity, transport and other running cost - $ 500

I strongly believe that with this project there will be greater impact made and poverty will gradually become an history in Africa. I believe that tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today.
