Identity VerifiedGood morning my name is Armando Marchan, today I come to you with the purpose of collecting my tickets and those of a companion to leave Venezuela with a destination: Peru, since I have been intervened 3 times here in Venezuela. I got a colostomy and I can't live here anymore. There is no medicine or food. The truth is that I need to get out of here, since in my country there is a decline in all aspects.
