My name is Leidy Cárdenas, I am a Colombian native, I live in the city of Bogotá, I am a business administrator and I work for the NGO FUPAD that supports the most vulnerable communities in my country, I am the mother of two beautiful children and my passion is to help and serve people, this time I resort to airfunding to request financial assistance since I require maxillofacial surgery and in my country this type of surgery is not covered by our public healthcare and the costs to cover this procedure are very high, I was born with a dental-skeletal deformity, it had never been difficult for me, until a while ago the dysfunction of the temporomandibular joints has caused me a lot of discomfort to eat, severe headaches and ear pain, this process requires a lot of time and is divided into three parts, the first is an orthodontics consult followed by surgery and finally further orthodontic work thus ending the process, thank you very much to all the people interested in helping my cause.
