Identity VerifiedMy father's name is Cris M. Dela Cruz. He was diagnosed with Coronary artery disease (CAD). We lived in the Philippines and my father is currently taking his medical treatment at the Philippine Heart Center. We belong to the Indigent Family and so we are here to request some help for the operation of our father this coming January 2021. The money requested will be used for medical purposes such as for buying medicines and the cost of operation.
