Help my Mom LEAH pay her Hospital Bill. Covid Survivor

Leah Deliarte, 55 y.o from the Philippines need your help

November 30, 2020 we're on our way to her Hemodialysis center when we rushed her to the Hospital because of Abdominal pain and Fatigue. 

She got admitted right away and was told to take Covid Rtpcr Test before the admission. 

It was late afternoon in the first day of December when we heard the news that she is COVID POSITIVE. They tagged her as ASYMPTOMATIC and went thru different lab tests to determine other complications. 

The next day after, the Doctors told me she has Pulmonary edema (900ml) and Cholelithiasis ( Inflammed Gallbladder). 

She needs to undergo surgery as soon as possible. 

We tried to remain calm and accept things but we are worried about the process and the bill. 

Fast forward. 

Her surgery was scheduled 11th of December and it went well. 

She was told to retake swab on the 13th of December 2020, And finally it came out NEGATIVE. 

The Doctors said stay a few more days and were good to go home. 

But unfortunately, we cannot pay the remaining balance of her Hospital bill. 

Philhealth covered alot on our bill but we still owe the Hospital almost $3000. 

I (her daughter) went to different Government Officials to seek help but the process is taking too long that we're on our 7th day of OVERSTAYING still unable to collect enough for her bill.

Please help my Mom to pay her hospital bill so we can go home before or after Christmas ??
