Recycling is also an option

ReCyClean Centre is a recycling business, based in the rural area of Manguzi (Kosi Bay) a place well-known for it's rich cultural heritage and traditions but lacks waste management systems and has a high unemployment rate amongst the youth. 

At ReCyClean we've been working with several youth individuals in our recycling programme, who have recently became dependant on the income we have been compensating them with for their recycling efforts to sustain their families as they are the future. However, due to COVID-19 our operations have experienced a huge knock financially while adjustments are necessary for the work to continue. 

We are asking for help with money of an amount of $1500 with the hope to provide these individuals with white bags for them to recycle effectively, and assist us minimize transport costs of collection of recyclable materials from them and to purchase necessary PPE to ensure their safety during these unprecedented times of COVID-19 while working. We'd also apply the money on supplementing the payment incentive in place from which the business pays these young people for their recycling practices.
