Allergic guy with asthma trying to get a hypoallergenic dog.

Since I've been a kid I've always loved animals. The only problem was my allergic asthma that prevented me to have animals. I tried to hid some animals at home, whithouth my parents knowing, but my health always deteriorated.   

I live in Croatia in Zagreb. I'm a civil servant, in a probation office, who loves helping humans and animals. Unluckily average wages in Croatia are very small and thats the reason I'm looking for help.

Hopefully, this way, I'll be able to get a Lagotto Romagnolo dog breed witch is the only breed I didn't have a allergic reaction to. I even don't know why. 

Unfortunately in Croatia I can't even bee a parent because of the law and my heart is ready to give unconditional love to any living being.

I know that the amount that I'm looking for is a lot but those are the prices for Lagotto Romagnolo breed in Croatia, so any money I rise I'll put in a fund for my new family member. <3
