I need help to recover my lost due to extreme flood

I started thus business on march 2020... I sell my car and withdraw all my savings to open this small cafe.. Its my dream to own. Since ive been working around few cafe to gain experience. But a week after my cafe open. It is lockdown here.. So i have to stay and owe everything. Thankfully the landlord is nice enough to give me time for the rent. He didn't rush me. And then 6 months after i can open the business again. I borrowed money from my friends and siblings for the capital. And then it's all doing fine... And then the first flood came...im lucky that the first flood doesn't affect me very much.. Yes we do have to close our business. But the flood doesn't ruined our stuff.. 2 weeks after that.. Flood again and this time it was so high. Same as my chest level.. All my freezer. Chiller and everything is ruined. I can't run the business again. With no capital. I really need to run this. Or else i lost everything..
