Hazel Ann Afable 
Hi. I am teacher Hazel Ann A. Afable. I have created this crowdfunding campaign for my mom's medical treatment. Her name is Arlene Aguilar Afable. We are from the Philippines. Our financial sources are very limited so we are knocking on your kind hearts to help us raise funds for her medical bills and maintenance medicines. She's still admitted in the hospital as of this writing and she's battling pneumonia. We are hoping her body would respond to the medications so she can avoid having to go through dialysis.
My mom has always been a figther, she is until now only this time we need your financial aide in this battle.
Our running bill is at PHP 90,000, aside from her doctors' professional fees.
