Identity VerifiedEveryone reading my request, do not judge strictly. The thing is, that my wife and I and two children have been renting an apartment for 10 years, we both work, and recently we were approved for a mortgage in the amount of 1,500,000 rubles. For this amount in my city, you don't really go around in terms of buying a home. We have some savings, well, we do not have enough for a 2-room apartment. We have no relatives who could help us financially. We live only 1 time and we would like to purchase the same housing in which we would meet our old age beautifully)))
