Identity VerifiedMama Africa Pendo Community Based Organization
(CBO), founded in March 2015, which is committed to serving people in Mathare slum (Nairobi, Kenya). Mama Africa Pendo dedicates its services to children and women in several fields; education, medical and psychological counselling, launching small businesses for women and helping them grow.
So far, we have helped to sponsor education for 120 kids in kindergarten up to grade 3, 31kids in different primary schools, high school 12 kids and 1 university. We have 61 women in our cycle and 23 elderly women and men, and counselled more than 100 people in Mathare.
We are currently searching for donations to develop our school further and create more possibilities for the children and the women.
