Help for my thyroid cancer

My name is Juan Carlos, I live in Barranquilla, Colombia. Due to the presence of a nodule highly suspicious of malignancy (Bethesda Category V), my Thyroid was removed and sent to the pathology department where it was found that this nodule was a Follicular Variant Papillary Carcinoma, that is, a Thyroid Cancer (Pathology result No AA-11898-19, Organización Clínica General del Norte, Barranquilla, Colombia), because of this cancer that they detected me, I am now waiting for therapy with radioisotopes for thyroid cancer, in order to eliminate the thyroid cells that still remain in my body and thus avoid a Metastasis.

At the moment I am unemployed and due to the vulnerability caused by cancer I suffer and in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, my doctor recommended that I only work from home, which has made it even more difficult for me to find a job that allows me to survive while I finished my cancer treatment.

I am 38 years old, I am still young, I have faith in my recovery and I want to continue working, especially because I live alone, and I have to pay my food, rent, utilities, and bank fees. Since I no longer have a Thyroid I must take medication daily for the rest of my life, it is called Levothyroxine 150 mcg to replace the hormones that my thyroid produced and that my body needs to stay alive, all these months I have survived using my credit cards, but they have already reached the limit, now I owe to bank a little more than $20,120,000 Colombian pesos and without a job, I don't know how to pay that, so I need to earn income, but it has been difficult for me to find a job that I can do from home, which is the only thing I can do at this time to avoid exposing myself to COVID-19 due to the vulnerability caused by cancer.

In the next month of March 2021 I will start a virtual course on web and mobile application development, I earned this course quota through a scholarship that I applied to in the month of August 2020, and I trust that the knowledge that I acquire in this course will allow me to offer my developer services working from home, which is the only way in which I can obtain income at this time because of my Thyroid cancer, but this course takes 9 months, it ends in December 2021 and while I finish that course I have no income to survive, so as a last resort, I find myself in the need to go to you, I calculate that to feed myself, pay rent, pay my credit card fees and also pay expenses for my treatment during those 9 months I need around the US $3,600 dollars in total until I finish the course in December, and I have faith that once that course is finished I will be able to work from home while I finish my treatment against cancer.
