Be a Light Project

Hello Mabuhay im Ruth From the Philippines and i am representing the Kind Hearted Infantanians, And we would like to help our community by providing solar light units to Family with kids/students at home. 

Studying using lamp/candles, cooking in the dark or living in total darkness will be a history for our beneficiaries if "Be a LIGHT project" goes ahead.Called "Be a LIGHT project" or BALP, the project is in need of funds to buy solar-powered lights for homes who are suffering dark nights due to absence of electric power lines.We hope to light lives of families who are ever since never experience having a bright light at night.

Families need to cook before sunset and their students are studying in a partially lited environment using diesel lamps or candles at night. Imagine how we can change all of that? It may be a small change but i'm sure the impact will be big. We hope to meet the funding target of Php28,000 and be able to finance the purchase of solar lights to 20 families in the municipality. If we are lucky then we can expand the help to many others. The solar light that we plan to purchase is a 25watts LED flood lights that has a working time of 12-15 hours at night. BALP hope to distribute the solar light to as many families as possible. Let us be a light to others. And as Anne Frank mentioned "No one has ever become poor from giving"Let the kindness Reign again ...  Stay safe everyone ❤️
