I would love to study and play tennis in America

Growing up in the impoverished township of Cato Crest in Mayville, Durban, you would find teenagers turning to a life of crime and drugs. But for me, Munashe Teburu, I have done just the opposite. Through the sport of tennis, I’ve been given possibilities and opportunities to make something of myself.  Tennis started off as a hobby for me and has now become my passion. It is the driving force that is pushing me to achieve my dreams and goals. I have been awarded a tennis scholarship to study for a degree and pursue tennis as a career in the United States. This has always been my dream to go as far as possible as I can with tennis. I'm a very hardworking individual.I matriculated high school in 2018 and took a gap year to get my rankings up nationwide and compete for me to get a good scholarship from a university/college in the USA. This went well and I got my rankings up and improved along the way due to hard work and not giving up on the goal ahead of me.I'm currently ranked 58 in the country and ranked 6th in the province of Kwazulu Natal.I have to thank my very first coach Robyn Jones for coaching me from primary till highschool and my current coach Charles Tsangamwe who took my game to the next level and is the main reason for my progress and rankings as an individual. WI was  extremely excited to receive a scholarship at the Wallace State Community College in USA to study and pursue tennis at a much higher level. I believe that one day, I can play professional tennis. Unfortunately, the scholarship I was awarded was not 100% full scholarship. I have to pay the remaining 24% of the scholarship. I, therefore, am in need of airfare money to go to the states , I need to raise 6 thousand US dollars 

. Both my parents cannot afford to support me financially due to meagre earnings with this dream, so I’m humbly appealing to the public to assist me in making this dream possible for me.
