PLEASE HELP ME TO OPERATE ON MY FATHER

He is Alexis de Jesus Valdez, my father who is in Venezuela and today he is in need of surgery due to his condition:

Vesical Neck Sclerosis.

Moderate Bilateral Hydronephrosis.

Bilateral Inguinal Hernia.

With 70% obstruction of the urinary duct that makes it impossible for him to urinate, putting his kidneys at risk, so he has been using a catheter for 4 months, requiring urgent surgery to scrape all the fibrous tissue of the urethra, hydronephrosis and remove hernia. 

After many costly studies, examinations, treatments and a first surgery, the above diagnosis is achieved. 

As it is of public knowledge in our country (Venezuela) the access to this type of operation for its costs in dollars is increasing every day, that is why I turn to you through this medium, because although I am outside my country it is difficult for me to raise fast, and send my father $ 3,600 which is what it costs his operation, supplies and medicines  at this time.
