Hello everyone,

My Nanay (mother in Filipino) is 67 and was admitted December 14, 2020, for Anemia.

Nanay has complications related to a tumor in her ovary

We thought we would be there for the needed transfusion as the medicines and supplements prescribed to increase her blood count didn’t work. It was then that the doctors via the ultrasound found a tumor in her ovary. Hence, all the other complications that came days after were probably due to that (I remember seeing “malignancy pathology with complications” in one of the lab request forms).

Please help us with the hospital bills

We are looking forward for her to at least be strong enough for surgery for the tumor to be removed but for now, somehow, that is still out of the options. And, we have run out of funds. Relatives and friends also extended their help to us but the daily needs (medicines, supplies, and laboratory) are heavy for us to bear. We also don't know how we’re going to pay our bills soon (but we have explored on soliciting from foundations, organizations which may help when we are about to be discharged).

So far, our bill is over 400, 000 pesos, not yet including the doctors’ fees.
