Identity VerifiedI am a friend of Domer and Divine and their two boys in Lapu-Lapu, Philippines. The rising oceans flooded the bamboo hut they lived in, and eventually a storm took it all.
The family have been granted a small, dry lot to build a small house on by the local government. I have seen all the paperwork, and they have the title of the land. They are both having a job, but the minimum wage of around 150$ a month makes it impossible to save enough to build a house in any foreseeable future.
I have raised half the money needed, but need help with the last bit to get them started building a house of cementblocks.
