Medical assistance to our grandmother Myriam

Myriam is our grandma. She lives in Guayaquil Ecuador and is mother of 2 sons and a daughter and 6 grandsons. Our grandma turned 76 on January but at the beginning of february was diagnosed with COVID. She is the reason for our funding

Her initial symptoms were fever and cough but very quickly developed breathing difficulties which have compromised her lungs. All medics have advised her to be hospitalized as soon as possible. Her medical condition is also affected by Diabetes and Alzheimer principles. Due to the pandemic no beds are available at any of the public hospitals in the city. Our only bet is to treat her at Interhospital which is one of the very few private hospitals with beds available. 

She should be hospitalized today February 7th. According to the hospital at least a minimum of $5.000 US dollars are needed for the medical services of the three first days. Our family doesn't have medical insurance to cover these expenses and that's why we are raising funds

Grandma Myriam is a very lovely generous and virtuous mother. As a family we are putting all our assets and efforts to help her, however it might not be enough

We would be forever grateful with your help. Our dream is to give her the opportunity to live her senior years fill of health and love
