Identity VerifiedI am Prince Arjay Vergara, 28, I live in San Pedro Laguna Philippines. I was Diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 5 (endstage).3 years dialysis patient. Im knocking on generous hearts to help me raise fund for my kidney transplant. Every day living with this kind of disease is hard. Drinking 1 liter only a day, Eating not too much fruits, No meat . Im relying only with God and my Family.? Thank you for understanding my situation and please pray for me and people that would like to help me. A liitle amount is a big help for me to my operation.
