My son Ellian needs your help

Hello friends! I am writing to ask for your help, my son's name is Ellian Yahir, he is 6 years old, he is a child with disabilities, he has cleft lip and palate, multiple malformations, cerebral palsy on the left side of his brain, my son does not walk, does not speak, my son is like a 1-year-old child, but he is the biggest blessing that my God gave me and I would not change anything about him, I love him just as he is, unfortunately we live in a country where health is very bad, where finding a job is looking for a needle in a haystack, unfortunately I stopped working 5 years ago to dedicate myself to my son, because he demands all my time, he can not fend for himself, I have to take him to a neurologist because he does not sleep, he gets up at 3 am every day and does not sleep during the day, but health in my country is very expensive, and he has a social security that my husband pays from work, but there are never appointments or there are no doctors, the last time my son went to a neurologist was 5 years ago and with a cardiologist 2 years ago, with an endocrinologist he went 3 years ago because there are never appointments, in Honduras there are no genetics that can tell me what syndrome my child has, and for us as parents it is horrible to know that we cannot give him good medical attention, my son only has one surgery because operation smile says that the hospital where they operate does not want to operate him because he has social security and in social security they do not operate him because there is no specialist in that branch, to operate cleft lip, my biggest dream is to be able to get a visa to take my son to the U.S. to put him in treatment, my biggest dream is to be able to get a visa to be able to take my son to the U.S. to put him in treatment. The first payment was 500 dollars, and we managed to get it, but then they asked us for 2500 dollars that we could not get, and we gave up on the permanent visa, I have been trying to get a letter from the embassy to write a letter for a humanitarian visa but without success. My son is a champion child, he has had two surgeries, one for cleft lip and the other for cryptorchidism, which is when his testicles do not descend, he needs surgery for cleft palate, reconstruction of his mouth, reconstruction of his nose, and it is for that reason that I am asking for help because I want to get a visa to take my son to the U.S. and give him the best treatment. I no longer want to be here where nothing can be done, my husband is the only one who works, and what he earns is to pay for the house, water, electricity, things for the child, and food, I only ask for a miracle. A miracle for my son, a miracle for us as parents.
